About Me
Hi, I'm Joe!
My day-to-day focuses on building network environments, writing clean Python tools, and configuring local AI infrastructure. I genuinely love helping teams troubleshoot and breaking down complex technical puzzles until they’re solved. If a system throws an error I’ve never seen, I’m the guy who happily dives into the documentation to engineer a solid fix.
I like to look at infrastructure through a creative lens, and I've been told I'm highly approachable and easy to work with. Depending on the day, you might even hear one of my classic "Joe Jokes!"
Outside My Box
- 🎮 Systems & Modification Gaming: An agile user navigating both Windows and Arch-based Linux environments. I explore game modification by developing targeted Java plugins via the Fabric toolchain and Gradle build pipelines, alongside structuring custom JSON and XML data schemas for asset packs.
- 🧠Local AI Orchestration & Prompt Design: An active practitioner in self-hosting decentralized intelligence. I am currently architecting a local personal assistant by deploying the Hermes model family on-premises via the Ollama framework.
- 🛠️ Advanced LLM Collaboration: Rather than relying on simple queries, I systematically leverage advanced prompt engineering methodologies— utilizing structured contextual framing, explicit guardrails, and rapid prototyping iterations in collaboration with Gemini to co-engineer infrastructure, audit code syntax, and accelerate technical workflows.
I'm always open to discussing new projects, technical design trends, or why the pop culture of our youth was objectively the best. Let's connect and chat! Nice to meet you.
